I’m in the middle of getting ready for Clarion West; the past few weeks have seen me doing errands of various sizes, and getting a few things queued up and ready to be published automatically while I’m gone. I’m starting to get a bit nervous. I think anyone would be—this is a huge thing I’m doing, I’m going to be away from home for six weeks.
If you are in the Seattle area, feel free to come to the Clarion West reading series—I am likely to attend several of them.
I finished Imryne, of House Melrae a few weeks ago, and am beginning to work on a short book called Spot and Whisk. It’s about a fox, a rat, and missing stones. It won’t be done before I go away, but I’m hoping to have it well underway. I'm also working on getting the Web archive done for Imryne so I can proceed to forget about the series for a few weeks. :)
